United Way commits to raise $2.82 million for this year's campaign

Utica, NY.  On behalf of the Board, Staff, Volunteers, Program Participants and Neighborhood Residents, Johnson Park Center (JPC) would like to thank the United Way of the Valley and the Greater Utica Area  for serving the community and having the campaign kick off kick off celebration on Thursday September 21, 2017 at the thiNKubator. United Way committed to raise $2.82 million for this year's campaign.  JPC is honored to be one for the 49 local non-profits United Way supports and invest donor's dollars that strengthen our community.  
Giving to United Way and their investment to our organization, is an essential part of JPC being able to carry out our mission to continually bring positive change to the less fortunate; assists us to be a part of the solution to provide assistance through special needs housing, nutrition, recreation and mentoring/advocacy to stabilize, build hope, to empower and help individuals to become self-sufficient, contributing members of the community.
